Vela — Project for CareerFoundry’s UX Immersion Course

Challenge: Birders want to plan birdwatching trips by knowing which birds they can spot in various weather conditions at their destination.

Process: Competitor analysis, user interviews, survey, card sorting, affinity mapping, user personas, user flows, low-mid-high wireframes, user testing.

Solution: Created an all-in-one birdwatching app, highlighting the unique Birds & Weather Forecast feature, which provides users with insights on bird activity.

Word Magpie — Project for CareerFoundry’s Intro to UX Course

Challenge: Empower users to learn new vocabulary.

Process: Competitor analysis, user interviews, personas, prototyping.

Solution: Designed an app where users can swipe through custom flashcard decks they have created.
