The finished piece:
I was given a prompt from a friend who was eager to hang up some new art. Of course, as far as I know myself, I jumped at the opportunity to create something for a friend to decorate a part of their life with something nice to look at.
I was given a palette of colors and a "figure out what could be on there".
These are the initial ideas I came up with. We both agreed that the first idea of a sleepy deer and a girl could represent her relationship with her partner. She also liked idea number 5. But that is an undertaking I will be stashing into the future projects drawer for the time being.
I then went on to create moodboards and asked her to confirm what "vibes" we should go for.
I create mood boards and reference collations on Pureref.
